Dr. Provenzano is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology. He is also certified by the American Society of Hypertension as a clinical hypertension specialist.
Education
Chris's medical degree is from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI and his Nephrology Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
